[kepler-users] Kepler 2.2 instalation in windows Vista

Hi Luis,
It looks like Kepler has a bug related to locale settings. We will try to get this fixed. 
In the meantime one temporary solution is to set your Windows Vista "Regional and Language Options" to English (United States) before starting Kepler.
