[kepler-users] all KAR files in local directories are mandatorily searched?

It does not seem possible to uncheck the "Search" box associated with local
KAR files listed on the "Components" tab of the "Preferences" dialog box
that is displayed when the "Sources" button in the "Components" area of
Kepler's main window is clicked.  Is the a bug are a feature?  (Also, maybe
the Save column in that same dialog should be contain radio buttons instead
of checkboxes because only one can be selected at any given time.)
