[kepler-users] adding new semantic types

There is no user-friendly way to do so from the Kepler 2.0 release.
The REAP project will soon release a series of modules designed to aid
in tagging with semantic types, and to add in additional support for
provenance and report generation. The tagging module in particular
does let the user add semantic types.

Semantic types can be added manually, but it's a bit of a pain. There
will be file in the common module called common/configs/ptolemy/
configs/kepler/ontologies/ontology_catalog.xml. This file contains
references to OWL files in the same directory. These OWL files can be
amended, or another entry inserted into ontology_catalog.xml. These
new semantic types will automatically be read by Kepler on the next run.

Let me know if you have any problems.
