[kepler-dev] Kepler 2.3.0 rc1

Hi Derik,
Congrats on getting test installers built.

There is no 2.3.0 target in Bugzilla.
Also, Mac OS X 10.7 is not present, nor is Windows Server 2008.

Could you get these added to Bugzilla?
