Hi Christopher,
There is a 2.3.0 "Target Milestone", not to be confused w/ Version,
which we'll add after the 2.3.0 release.

Matt, I don't have permission to add new OSes in bugzilla afaict. 
Can you grant me this, or add 10.7 and Windows Server 2008?
