[kepler-dev] Kepler Bugzilla needs updates for Kepler Version

2.0.0 is a normal version number, but 2.X.Y is not.  In general I've only
added released versions to the version list. Future milestones for which a
release doesn't exist would be impossible to run and therefore impossible to
report bugs against those versions.  Soo.. I removed 2.X.Y from the version
list. Is that ok with you both? I added the two OS entries.
