[kepler-dev] Kepler Bugzilla needs updates for Kepler Version

Hi Christopher,

I've added versions 2.0.0 and 2.X.Y.dev. I can't find where to add  
platforms -- I'm guessing I may not have access to this. Matt can you  
add Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6?
