[kepler-dev] Kepler Bugzilla needs updates for Kepler Version

It looks like the Kepler product in Bugzilla needs to
be updated to include newer versions of Kepler.
Currently, it goes only to 1.0.0.

We should add 2.0 and 2.X.Y.dev

Also, Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6 should be added.

Who has admin access to the kepler product?  These are quick changes.
