Chad,
The JRI problem I reported previously is fixed - thanks for that.
I noticed that there are many authentication domains (Tools->Ecogrid
Authentication)
INDUS is Mike Daigle's desktop, and should be removed.
The DEV and KEPLER-DEV domains probably could stay as it's convenient
for us.
LOCAL is also convenient for folks who do a lot of testing or a few
super-users who have set up local repositories at localhost:8080.
The extra domains don't interfere with anything and I don't think many
users will ever need to use the Tools->Ecogrid Authentication menu,
but it's worth pointing out.
Bigger picture: those domains are used by the repositories that are
configured (the "Sources" button where you configure local/remote
repositories).
There are entries for indus, local and kepler-dev that maybe should
not ship with 2.0. Again, some of these are useful for testing and for
super-users.
Removing the repository entries and the domain entries should just be
a configuration change. I'll leave it up to you to determine if we
should remove them. My vote would be to definitely remove INDUS but to
keep the others.
Thanks,
-ben
