[kepler-dev] Тranslation of "Getting started with Kepler (version 1.0.0)" in Ukrainian!

That's great, Anatoly.  Glad everything worked out for you.  I think Kepler
has seen a lot of interest from the international community, and efforts
like yours will undoubtedly help get others interested.  Thank you for your
hard work on this!

I'm hoping that someone else from Ukraine or that speaks the language can
help review your document, but if not, then we could go ahead and create the
pdfs and post your document on the documentation page as an addendum to the
1.0 release.  Lets give a call for a review to the kepler-dev mailing list,
and if noboby replies in a week that they are willing to review, then we'll
ask the Leadership Team to release the current draft.  Sound good?
