Hi Chris,

Did you have an example of an actor(s) you'd like SensorML metadata
for, examples of quantitative properties, and also associated queries?
 I'm not that familiar with SensorML (although know a bit about the
OGC observations and measurements work) ... I'd be interested in use
cases, examples, etc., of how fancier metadata approaches could be
used/beneficial.
