Hi Shawn,
After researching the semantic properties some more, I was wondering
about your thoughts on the following:

1. The ability to attach a SensorML document to an actor to describe
the actor and it's IO ports
2. The ability to apply quantitative properties to actors
3. The ability to query for actors using SQARQL
