[seek] welcome Josh Madin to SEEK KR

Please join me in welcoming Josh Madin to the SEEK project.  Josh has 
started this week as a postdoctoral researcher (supported by the Mellon 
Foundation) and will be focused on the Knowledge Representation subgroup 
of SEEK.  Josh has a background in ecology and more recently in the 
paleobiology community where he worked on the Paleobiology Database 
(http://paleodb.org).  Josh will be working closely with other members 
of the KR group to produce ontologies that can be used for annotation of 
data and analyses to aid discovery and integration.  Josh can can be
