[seek-taxon] Meeting w/Kate Jones

Hello all,

 

Just wanted to let you know that the meeting with Kate Jones was a
resounding success.  We gathered lots of good information to inform the
design of a concept relating tool and also some good information on the
mammal community and possibly how best to approach things to maximize the
impact of the SEEK Taxon vision.

 

I've put together a presentation and at Estes Park next week, I'll highlight
issues and comments that came out of the primer activities and across the
board as well as a very nice "aha" moment.  And I'll give you a summary of
the task analysis activities and the paper prototyping design session.  I'm
going to try and mock up a design but if I don't get finished before next
week I''ll bring the paper prototype to show everyone.  Nico will report on
plans and approaches for future collaboration within the mammal community
and other communities.
