Jim,

Send me and Josh (jtrujill at lternet.edu) the list of individuals attending.
Then Josh Trujillo will alert Rio Grande so that their tickets can be
reserved and approved. 

Note:  US carriers or code shares must be used.  No first class or business
tickets will be approved.  Tickets must be ordered before 21 day window
closes.

Josh can also send reimbursement pack to you for distribution.
