[seek-dev] New schema is checked in

Keep in mind that changing the resultset.xsd means we have to regenerate 
all the classes used in Globus/Axis for serialization/deserialization of 
the SOAP messages.

This isn't hard, just tedious. So we need to get this right and then 
make all the changes (one time).
