[seek-dev] New schema is checked in

I just checked in the new schema.

Dave made one additional I thought was a nice addition. INstead of the 
system attr hold the actual system URI, it holds an id and there is a 
new system element in the metadata.

I also checked in three new resultset files into the tests/testfiles 
directory. They have "-v2" in the name.
