[kepler-dev] Missing Ptolemy Java File...

I was trying to use MoMLSimpleApplication, and I came across a  
problem. The Java file ptolemy.actor.parameters.SharedParameter is  
missing. I double checked the KEPLER_1_0_0_MARKER in Ptolemy's source  
repository and confirmed that the file was not there.

Does this mean that this Java file is missing from the release? Is  
there a reason for that? How can MoMLSimpleApplication work in the  
release without this file?
