[kepler-dev] Switch from DebugPrinter to commons-logging.

In case you didn't notice, I did make these changes at the end of last 
week.  (And then immediately broke Kepler:)  I will shove DebugPrinter 
into the attic shortly.  You can now drop the -DDBGPRN jvmarg when 
running kepler, it no longer does anything.
