[kepler-dev] Q: What's proper functionality in Digir Quick Search aggregation.

Kevin,
    I often display the whole table so I can look at what is in the 
data, so an html table would be my choice (although also having a 
summary with row count would be useful). Also note that for current use 
in GARP models, the table is usually processed through the local 
(built-in) database to only return records with valid latitude, 
longitude pairs. But I do often look at the whole table to see how many 
records have that information.

    Now that I know that a LIKE search is being used, I can see its 
usefulness, (even if we have decided that it is wrong!). I had asked 
Town Peterson is we should include all subspecies when gettting location 
data and he said 'yes'. I had created a workflow that explicitly 
concatenated the various subspecies, not knowing that simply simply 
searching for 'mephitis' would do the same thing!
