[kepler-dev] Changing the repository rule

Hi all,

As part of the repository changes, I would like to suggest another rule, aside from 'each of us handles his own files': Each time a file is migrated from one location to another, the person in charge of the change must also be responsible to take care of all the files pointing to it. 

I spent several hours today fixing problems that occurred due to dependencies that were not updated in relocated configuration files, and would like to prevent this from reoccurring.
