[kepler-users] Interact with inputs and outputs of workflow programmatically

Although its stage one interfaces (which is at 
https://code.kepler-project.org/code/kepler/trunk/modules/kepler-run-engine/workflow-run-engine/src/org/kepler/executionWS/KeplerWebServiceImpl.java) 
are not officially released, they show how to call Kepler engine with 
parameters programmatically.
