Hi Marc,
My notes about Kepler/Ptolemy and Python are at
https://kepler-project.org/developers/reference/python-and-kepler

I don't know of anyone who has integrated Jython 2.5.2 into Kepler. The
problem is that Jython changed in an incompatible way,
Jython 2.2 had org.python.core.PyJavaInstance, Jython 2.5.2 does not
have that class, try searching the web for PyJavaInstance.
