[kepler-users] win7 installation

Hi all!
Ok. I downloaded the Kepler-2.0-win.zip file. I extracted it in my laptop
but inside I see a bunch of "lifeless" files, no executable. I do not see
how to launch the "executable jar" and , besides, I do not know what an
executable jar is....
What'se the matter? How can I make operative my installation?
Why I do not see the icon of the files ? could that be the Java
installations ? (I have Matlab and Matlab uses 1.6 so I supposed I was
covered with Java)....
Any idea ?
