I had an error( disk corrupted) if I'm not using cygwin and I could proceed further.

Hi Bharati,

Kepler does not have a cygwin dependency.  Any version should be able to
run without using cygwin.  Kepler 2.0 RC3 will hopefully be released
today.  If you can wait, I'd recommend using it.
