[kepler-users] Kepler 2.0 Alpha version

Hi Bharati,

Kepler does not have a cygwin dependency.  Any version should be able to 
run without using cygwin.  Kepler 2.0 RC3 will hopefully be released 
today.  If you can wait, I'd recommend using it.
