Absolutely!
If you run using ant you can use the 'run-workflow-no-gui' target. Or  
you can run the kepler.sh (after generating it with 'ant startup- 
script') with appropriate arguments.
Note that you'll have to run this on a saved KAR rather than a plain  
XML file so that there is a report layout available (contained in the  
KAR when you save in the 'wrp' suite).

ps: This functionality has been in flux over the last couple months as  
modifications are made to the KAR handling for  the upcoming 2.0  
release, so if you encounter problems, please let us know - there's  
likely a bug that'll need to be addressed.
