Hi,

I'm not sure how that <delete file="kepler.jar"/> got in there.  I've 
removed it and committed a new build.xml file.  It should work for you now.

The jar file is not embedded in the exe file because it is used by the 
other startup scripts that are created by 'ant startupScript'.  When the 
installer is created the .exe, .sh and .bat files are all created and 
used.  I could probably embed the jar file if you are building the exe 
only.  I'll look into that tomorrow.
