Hi Chris,
Are you using the development version of Kepler or Version 1.0?
Depending on which version you are using, there is a configuration
file called "ontology_catalog.xml" (under
configs/ptolemy/configs/kepler/ontology) that can be used to add new
ontology (.owl) files to the system.
