[kepler-dev] Projects, code, redmine, git, and svn server reboot today at 6pm

The server hosting Redmine, Subversion, and Git for NCEAS and associated
projects will be rebooted today, January 28th, at 6pm PST. Expected
downtime is a few minutes.

The following sites will be affected:

* projects.ecoinformatics.org
* code.nceas.ucsb.edu
* code.ecoinformatics.org
* code.kepler-project.org
* repository.dataone.org
