[kepler-dev] svn co of ptolemy-kepler-2.3 Fails

I was able to successfully build off of the ptolemy-kepler-2.3.0.zip 
file, but I've gone back and used the svn checkout and can now build 
successfully.  I appreciate the quick response from both of you.
