[kepler-dev] typo in svn URL - take 2

Hi there

Sorry, for spamming, but I just came across another typo in the build
instructions, section "Retrieving Kepler and Ptolemy":
https://kepler-project.org/developers/teams/build/documentation/build-system-instructions#retrieving-kepler-and-ptolemy

The svn URL for "To build Kepler-2.0:" uses "/module/" instead of "/modules/".
