[kepler-dev] remove KeplerData core configuration.xml to get update

Devs,

Please delete your ~/KeplerData/modules/core/configuration/ 
configuration.xml, so that it may be recreated during your next Kepler  
startup. I updated the karVersions section to fix a problem Ben and I  
identified.

(I could include code to augment the file for you, as I've done for  
other configuration parameter changes, but since these types of code  
get large and unwieldy, and will eventually be made redundant, I'm  
instead just sending this request this time. We have a bug for  
improving the config manager: http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5129)
