[kepler-dev] new installers

Hi Chad,
There is still the wrong version of Ptolemy being shipped with the release.
ptolemy-8.0/src/ptolemy/apps is not in the release branch.
However, the Mac installer I just downloaded has it.

Also,
/Applications/Kepler-2.0.0-beta1/ptolemy-8.0/src/ptolemy/configs/full/intro.htm
says Ptolemy II 8.1.devel

The release branch and the trunk are not that different, except that there
is a lot of stuff in the release branch that will needlessly bulk up the Kepler
release.

Also, a bunch of tests failed last night in the trunk, so there could be problems.
