Thanks David.
Here are my testing results, mostly everything is fine. Unfortunately
I did stumble across one bug that we should probably fix for 2.0:
http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5051
os X:
-installed ok
-module manager restart to kepler-2.0.0 ok
-all workflows not in "supported" dirs (and didn't test matlab demo)
work ok
-search for and instantiate remote dataset ok
-save workflow as xml ok
-save workflow as kar, semantically annotate and it shows up in tree ok
-open saved kar ok
XP:
-installed ok
-start from desktop or start menu icon ok
-module manager restart to kepler-2.0.0 ok
-all workflows not in "unsupported" dirs (and didn't test matlab demo)
work ok
-search for and instantiate remote dataset ok
-save new workflow as xml ok
-save workflow as kar, semantically annotate and it shows up in tree ok
-open saved kar ok
linux:
-installed ok
-module manager restart to kepler-2.0.0 ok
-all workflows not in "unsupported" dirs work (and didn't test matlab
demo) ok - EXCEPT:
ENM/test-workflows/ASC2RAWTest.xml crashed Kepler for me twice, but
the vast majority of times I ran it (I tried it a bunch) worked fine.
I don't think we should devote time to taking any action on this --
seems like an unlikely occurrence for a workflow that's not commonly
used.
- search for and instantiate remote dataset ok
- save new workflow as xml ok
- save workflow as kar, semantically annotate and it shows up in tree ok
- open saved kar ok
