[kepler-dev] Release Candidate 5

Hello Everyone,

Release Candidate 5 is now finished. The installers are available at:

  https://code.kepler-project.org/code/kepler/releases/installers/

For those of you with time to spare, I would appreciate it if you  
downloaded and tested the installers and reported any problems as bugs  
that block bug 4943, the RC5 Installer Tracking Bug.

I am tentatively optimistic that Kepler 2.0.0 will be released soon.  
There are no currently open bugs, but further testing regarding  
restarting with the module manager is necessary along with other  
testing people are inclined to do. It is probably necessary to test  
all of the workflows again, as certain libraries, both Java and native  
have been removed due to licensing issues. If people have time, I  
would appreciate it if they tested restarting with the module manager  
on their machine. To do so:

(1) Select to Tools->Module Manager...
(2) Select the Available Modules tab.
(3) Move Kepler-2.0.0 from Available Suites to Selected Modules
(4) Click Apply and Restart

After doing so, Kepler should shut down and restart. If it fails to do  
so, please describe your specific operating system and report it as a  
bug that blocks 4943.
