[kepler-dev] ptolemy build issue

Yeah, it's documented in the build instructions. Just do 'ant
validate-ptolemy'. It usually runs every night on a cron job on ceres,
but after we updated the svn command in the build, it's been failing
since the version of SVN on ceres is really old an doesn't support the
--accept argument. We're working on getting it fixed. I'll update the
validation now.
