[kepler-dev] [Bug 5142] comma improperly inserted in kar filename rather than a period (.)

After digging a while, I found it is because those kar files are saved with
',kar'. When the Kepler is started, you can find these info from the database
by using query: SELECT * FROM LIBRARY_INDEX Where Name like '%kar':

CoreActors,kar
971    970    1958    1961    2    urn:lsid:kepler-project.org:kar:550:6    7

I'll dig further to know why it happens.
