When KAR files are saved, with a name such as "foo.kar", then show up
incorrectly in the kepler component pane with a comma in the name rather than
the period (e.g., it becomes "foo,kar".  KAR files should be saved with the
normal period as the extension separator in the filename, and should display
this way as well.
