[kepler-dev] RC1 installers

Hi, Chad:
I installed the installer on linux. Now I am trying to install it on
windows.
I noticed an issue that checking on the "Search" box of the
component search "Source" window can not be maintained across run.
I searched the bugzilla and found it is a known issue. I changed the milestone of the bug to 2.0:
