We currently only recording a file if it's in a string token. Ben requests:
check all tokens in array tokens to see if they're files, and if so add all
files into provenance.  I also plan to check recordtokens.

In some cases this could be a big performance hit. Hopefully this will go away
when we can check for a file token type.
