Chad, with 'pack' solution, we can also enable users to install globus module
as a 'pack' and globus tools, like globus CoG Kit
http://wiki.cogkit.org/wiki/Main_Page, as another 'pack', right? If we want one
tool to be a 'pack', does it have to be in the installer packages? Currently,
I'm not sure which way is better: users download needed globus CoG Kit by
themselves or Kepler helps the globus CoG Kit installation automatically.
