[kepler-dev] Including PDF in Vergil

Hi Christopher,

The build system expects all jar files to be in a folder called 
<module-name>/lib or in a subfolder of that. To fix this for now, I am 
going to make a copy of PDFRenderer.jar and put it in the ptolemy-lib 
module.
