[kepler-dev] sanparks release - make sure you are using the right version of ptolemy

Oops. You're right. I'll have to fix that tomorrow. In the mean time,  
you can just check out the whole modules directory from the branch.  
Then when the build does the change-to, it will already have the  
modules present and won't do the checkout.
