[kepler-dev] sanparks release - make sure you are using the right version of ptolemy

Sorry, strike that.  You need to use the revision number, not the tag 
name.  Do 'ant update-ptolemy -Drev=54826' to get the correct revision 
for Ptolemy 8.0 beta.
