[kepler-dev] sanparks release - make sure you are using the right version of ptolemy

If you are developing against the pre-alpha1/sanparks branch, please use 
the command 'ant update-ptolemy -Drev=rel-8-0-beta' after doing your 
'change-to'.  This will make sure we are all using the same version of 
ptolemy (the version the release will use).  You should only have to do 
this once and your build should continue to use this version of ptolemy.
