[kepler-dev] Swtich Case in Kepler

Subhav,

There is a switch case actor in Ptolemy.  For some UI reasons, I don't
think it is in Kepler, but I think it could be made available with a
little work to handle the UI issues.

There's also a Boolean Switch actor that can be used under some
directors -- see the Kepler User Manual and the Actor Reference for
details.
