[kepler-dev] Unable to Connect to IRC Chat Server

Hi Subhav,

IRC details are described here:

The server is 'irc.ecoinformatics.org' and the channel is #kepler.

If you have trouble connecting, make sure that you (and your net
admins) have not installed a firewall rule that filters out the IRC
protocol. That is the most common problem, and you'd need to fix it at
the firewall on your end if this is the problem.
