[kepler-dev] Unable to Connect to IRC Chat Server

Hello -
I am unable to connect to the IRC chat server.
I am using Trillian and while making a connection, I have to enter the
following details:

Server Alias via IRC
Server Name

Kindly help me resolve this issue and let me know what needs to be populated
in these two fields.
