[kepler-dev] Creating a Kepler installer using new build system

How can I create a Kepler installer with the new build system? I tried
using the command "ant installer", it completed successfully, created a
folder called installer and a kepler.exe within it but when I try to run
the executable I get the error "Unable to find
<KEPLER_HOME>/modules/build/kepler.jar" I don't see any folder 'build'
inside the installer directory.
